The Boulder Group Completes Sale of Triple Net Walgreen’s for $4.4 Million

(Northbrook, IL -September 27, 2010)- The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm, has completed the sale of a single tenant net leased Walgreen’s property located in Holden Beach, NC for $4,402,600. The property is 100% leased to Walgreen’s for the next 24 years.

Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the buyer and seller in the transaction. The seller was a North Carolina developer and the purchaser was a Chicago based private investor in a 1033 exchange.
